📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected locations.
  • A small COD handling fee may apply.

⚠️ Payment Failure

If your payment fails:

  • The amount (if deducted) will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • You can retry placing the order using another payment method.

💸 Refunds

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI (details required).

🧾 Invoice

  • A digital invoice will be sent to your registered email after order confirmation.
  • You can also download the invoice from your account section.

🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (refer to Return Policy).
