- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
β Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Damaged products due to misuse
- Items purchased during final sale/clearance

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will review your request within 24β48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
π Replacement Policy
We offer replacements in case of:

- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
